新酒店，硬件可以，服务其他也需要跟上

The hotel is excellent as well as the room service and breakfast. The imperial restaurent is very good and not expenssive. The hotel location is at 25 minutes from the first metro station. This is the only negative aspect. The hotel has an extraordinary garden at the 7th floor going to the Expo Center. A swimming pool is missing. The hotel should organise a shuttle to the metro for foreigners. "Excellent service","Quiet","Room was very good"

因为想来看看博览城选择这家酒店 比较偏僻 周边没什么东西 吃饭比较不方便。对酒店内部环境很满意，走进来很舒服，服务员态度也非常好！唯一美中不足的是，入住的13楼客房，淋浴花洒出水太温柔了。。洗澡洗头很不舒服！7楼连接空中花园 不错！

酒店位置靠G20会场，穿过空中花园就能到达，很方便，住店客人买票还能打6折。再说酒店，设施新、服务好，生意好，早餐丰富，家人住了很满意，在这还要感谢总台小张，因为想要个带浴缸的房间，主动帮我升了行政房，让家人住的很满意，度过了一个惬意的夜晚，下次杭州还选北辰！
