环境不错，但朋友说服务没到位 推荐 帮外宾朋友预订的，他的评价不太好，说服务差。下面是客人的点评。不过，我去看了酒店，感觉还是挺好的，可能是沟通不一样。
The service is bad. I stayed hotel during Canton fair, lost my phone in hotel lobby on 3rd of Nov. Next day, the reception manager answered the phone and requested a few documents and phone pin. We could provided all documents, and we are willing to provide the pin if the hotel can write us an guarantee they will not touch any information in the phone as it contains confidential business info. But the hotel refused to write the guarantee and insists to get the pin. So I can't get my phone back even though I have the certificate from China Mobile to prove the phone and number is under my name. Just simply a phone could reflect how terrible Guangzhou Langham's service is!
